The conference is open to practicing clinicians from across various fields of medicine, research fellows, academics, early-career researchers, as well as developers of medical laser equipment and consumables.
The 2 st International Research-to-Practice Conference with International Participation, Clinical Laser Medicine in Russia: Advanced Technologies, will feature a contest of research papers by early-career scholars that will be held in the format of a poster session. The contest is open to students, residents, PhD students, and early-career scholars under the age of 35.
The window for submitting applications to attend the conference will run from June 15 through September 7, 2026.

Abstracts
Abstracts are accepted only in Russian.
The timeframe for submitting abstracts is from June 15 through September 7, 2026 on the conference website https://laser-2026.rudn.ru/
Abstracts will be published in the proceedings of the RSCI II Scientific and Practical Conference of Laser Medicine Specialists with International Participation “Laser Clinical Medicine in Russia. Progressive technologies”.
Guidelines for abstract submission
Abstracts should contain new, previously unpublished data. All abstracts will be subject to scientific review. The materials are published in the author’s editorial office, the authors are responsible for the accuracy, originality and scientific and theoretical level of the published material. The author can publish no more than two works (alone or in collaboration).
Materials that do not meet the requirements are not considered.
Guidelines for submitting applications for reports
The application for participation in the competition of scientific papers of young scientists with an electronic poster report is sent by e-mail konf-lkm@rudn.ru from June 15 to September 7, 2026.
The oral report and the poster electronic report should be prepared in the Microsoft Office PowerPoint program.
The oral report must be carried on a flash drive and downloaded before the start of your scientific section, which is taking place in the conference room according to the conference program 30 minutes before it starts at 13.30.
The electronic poster report should be sent by e-mail: konf-lkm@rudn.ru No later than September 25, 2026, the poster can be prepared in Russian and English, see below for the design requirements.
In the application for the report, it is necessary to indicate in Russian and English: the title of the report, the speaker and co-authors (full name, title, academic degree, in the absence of a position, the speaker’s full name should additionally be indicated), organizations (abbreviated name of the organization, city, country, if the authors work in different organizations, then the place of work for each author is indicated), the form of the report (oral or poster electronic report), contact information (tel, e-mail).
E-poster formatting requirements
Presentations for poster papers should be made out using Microsoft PowerPoint. The paper’s file name should include your full name. Use of standard fonts such as Times New Roman, Arial, or Courier is advised. If there’s a need to use non-standard fonts, these should be included in the presentation’s file. We also suggest setting your slides’ size to “On-screen Show” (using the 1920×1080 screen resolution, and the aspect ratio of 16×9). The design of the poster is at your discretion.
The organizing committee warrants that none of the uploaded presentations will be shared with any third parties without their authors’ explicit consent.
Poster formatting guide: the paper’s title, its authors’ full names, the city of origin and the name of the organization where the associated research was carried out, and an abstract (both in Russian and in English). Rationale, academic novelty, objective, materials and methods, results, conclusions.

The application for participation in the competition of scientific papers
The application for participation in the competition of scientific papers of young scientists with an electronic poster report is sent by e-mail konf-lkm@rudn.ru from June 15 to September 7, 2026, with the participant’s questionnaire attached, indicate in the subject of the letter — “Application for participation in the competition of young scientists”.
The competition will be held in the lobby of the main building of the RUDN University as part of the conference on October 02,
Fundamental and clinical research are accepted for the competition. Works of a different format (abstracting articles, clinical analysis of a patient, essay, project of scientific research or experiment) are not allowed to participate in the competition.

E-poster formatting requirements
Russian Russian language: The title of the report, the full name of the author, the supervisor, the name of the organization, the abstract (written in Russian and English), if the report is in English, then it is not necessary to duplicate into Russian.
- Title of the report;
- Full name of the author of the report (no more than two authors);
- Supervisor (full name, position, academic degree, title);
- The name of the organization where the research was performed, the organization (abbreviated name of the organization, city, country);
- Abstract; • relevance, scientific novelty, purpose, materials and methods, results, conclusions.
